we don’t need preventive maintenance

this customer constantly has stuff breaking down and refuses a maintenance plan, we only get to service something when it breaks. got a call for an office unit leaking water thru the ceiling. arrived to find ceiling tiles soaked and fallen onto floor. checked unit and first thing I see is filters totally plugged with fiberglass dust and dated 2012. this is a fiberglass shower enclosure production facility and you’d think they would understand the importance of maintaining stuff.
